Time for another Carnival of Cities!
Yes, it’s time again to take a global travel tour. This time, the Carnival of Cities is hosted in Dubai, at Sandier Pastures.
A few of the interesting post include:
- Visiting a park in Seattle that’s a former gas works.
- A post that hits close to home for me, experiencing Chicago’s famous architecture on a Chicago River boat cruise.
- Some great videos of surfing dogs, yes dogs, in San Diego.
- In a great blog from Italy, Bleeding Espresso, we learn all about Calabria, on the toe of Italy’s boot. Some great photos too.
- Tour Madrid on two wheels (hint - it’s not on a bicycle…remember the post I wrote about a DC Segway tour?). Also, more great photographs.
- Speaking of photos, check out the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, China.
- How about a stay at a haunted hotel in Bisbee, AZ?
There’s more great posts, so check them all out.
Oh, and if you missed my post on touring DC in a vintage WW-II Duck, it’s here for your reading pleasure.

Thanks so much for mentioning my post! I haven’t had time to read through all the entries yet, but you’re definitely convincing me that I should do it sooner rather than later
