Washington Craft Show - Nov. 17-19
Around 185 of the nation’s finest craft artists will be displaying and selling their hand-crafted products at the annual Washington Craft Show.
For artists to participate in the show, they must both reside and work in the U.S. and exhibit masterful skills and artistic interpretation. The high caliber of the artists is reflected in this years theme, Personal Style: Craft as Self Expression.
Some of the noteworthy artists have had displays at museums and fine galleries such as Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts and the Renwick Gallery (American Art Museum) in DC, and the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning, NY.
It’s a great chance to get a one-of-a-kind holiday gift or the perfect accessory for your home. Categories include: basketry, ceramics, fiber wearable and decorative, furniture, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, paper and wood.
