Attention Foodies - The Metro Cooking & Entertaining Show - Nov. 3-5
Cooking demonstrations, tips on food, wine, entertaining, table decorating, flower arranging and even hosting your own wine tasting will be part of the Metropolitian Cooking & Entertaining Show.
With over 100 food related companies in attendance displaying their wares, there should be more than enough to keep even the non-cook entertained.
Special cooking sessions (additional cost) include multiple 2½ hour hands-on cooking instruction with leading Washington DC area chefs. You’ll not only learn to cook great dishes, but enjoy the meal you just created. Wine and beer tastings are also offered.

On Saturday, author and Bon Appetit magazine Editor-in-Chief, Barbara Fairchild will be signing The Bon Appetit Cookbook from 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Order your copy from Amazon by clicking on the book at the left.
The Cooking Stage will have back-to-back food, wine, entertaining and cooking demonstration sessions covering a wide range of topics. The Guide to Chocolate and Men Are From Bordeaux, Women Are From Burgundy sessions sound fun!
