The Witches of Eastwick
The musical version and American premiere of the Warner Bros. movie staring Jack Nicholson, Cher, Susan Sarandon and Michelle Pfeiffer, of The Witches of Eastwick opened yeaterday at the Signature Theater.
The story is based on the John Updike book and is set in the small town of Easwick in Rhode Island. It tells the tale of three single witches with limited power who fall under the influence of a new devil-like man in town. The mystery-man seduces each of the women and shows them how to increase their power. Over time, the women are corrupted by him and vow to get rid of him.

Dates - through July 15th with performances throughout the week except Mondays, plus weekend matines.
Tickets - $38.00 to $63.00 and are available online at tickets.com. This play is not suitable for children and is intended for mature audiences only.
Nearest Metro Subway Station - Pentagon City - Blue line. Then a then a 7-minute bus ride on the A7 Metrobus or take a taxi from the Ritz Carlton Hotel (approximate fare - $6.00 - $ 8:00)
Parking - Free public garage at 2780 S. Stafford St. adjacent to the theater.
