The exhibit, <em><strong><a href="http://www.npg.si.edu/exhibit/herblock/" target="_blank">Herblock&#8217;s Presidents: &#8220;Puncturing Pomposity&#8221;</a>&nbsp; </strong></em>cover seven decades of presidential cartoons, from Franklin Roosevelt through Bill Clinton.
