Become a Film Maker…in 48-Hours
Take 100 teams of filmmakers and wanna-be Hitchcocks, Spielbergs and Scorseses from the DC area and assign them a movie genre, give them a prop, a charcter and a specific line of dialogue that needs to be used and let them loose with 48-hours (May 4-6) to create 4-7 minute long film.
In its 7th year, the 48 Hour Film Project which started in Washington, DC, has expanded to include over 55 U.S. cites and 11 foreign cities. A winning film from each city is selected and competes against the other city winners.
