New "Super Club" Opens Tonight
DC’s newest Euro dance club is opening tonight, and it sounds as if it’s all eye candy…no, not the patrons, but the club’s design.
At 30,000 square feet of space, it’s large enough for you to invite a couple thousand of your favorite friends to partake in dancing, cocktails, dining or just being hip.
Euro-style club Ibiza boasts a Zen-like rooftop with a small pool and cabanas, a $1 million sound system with a 50,000 LED dance floor light wall, seven bars, a 2,400 square foot video screen and high-def cameras broadcasting the fun live on the net. It has all the standard club trappings such as VIP lounges and private party rooms, along with a few unique ones, such as an espresso bar (for that 2 a.m. energy boost) and international cusine.

Hours - 6:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m., Tuesdays - Saturdays.
Nearest Metro Subway Station - New York Ave. / Florida Ave. - Red line, then a two block walk. Remember, the Metro closes around midnight.
The club’s opening tonight will be jammed, and may require an invite if crowds are too large. No word on the cover charge yet.

UPDDATE - July 11th — Ibiza is 21+ on Friday and Saturdays. On Fridays their DJs play 80s, pop, rock and hip-hop; and on Saturdays it mostly house, trance and progressive music. Thursdays are College Night, which is 18+.
