Calling All Scots!!

Weight for distance, putting the stone and tossing the caber are just a few of the athletic competition featuring the popular tough guys in kilts at the Virginia Scottish Games.  And why are women so interested in what they have on underneath?

So besides the kilt-controversy, the games also feature fiddles, highland and Scottish dancers, bagpipes and drums, Scottish folk singers, a “Celtic Rock Jam Fusion”(?) band, Scottish dog races, children’s games and a British car show.  Plus there will be lots of Scottish food, including hopefully one of my favorite dishes which I discovered in Glasgow - haggis.  Give it a try…You’ll either love it or hate it.
