While living in D.C., I was part of a group that was invited each Easter to participate in this crazy tradition. I have many wooden eggs that my daughters found and 3 beautiful glass ones– I can’t remember how I got those but they are displayed in my library. “Socks”, the Clinton’s cat signed the wooden ones with a “paw print”. Could be the only cat in history to live in the White House a second time!
