Cycles, Bikes, Scooters, Hogs….
Motorcycles – all types, all shapes, all styles. Racing bikes, dirt bikes, cruisers, sport bikes, one-of-a-kind custom and concept bikes and vintage bikes are all part of the 27th International Motorcycle Show.
At least 20 manufacturers will display the latest in motorcycles, gear and accessories. Besides bikes, there’s a freestyle stunt show, the “People’s Choice Awards”, demo rides, an ATV showcase, and the the World’s Fastest Motorcycles display, complete with 5 record-setting bikes from 1937 through the current record holder, a 350+ mph BUB “#7” Streamliner.
Manufacturers include some of the best names in motorcycles – BMW, Ducati, Harley Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, Moto Guzzi, Suzuki, and Yamaha. Even the Italian scooter company, Vespa, will be displaying.
Here’s a freestyle Moto-X champion, Travis Pastrana, doing what most people thought was impossible on a motorcycle.
If bikes aren’t your style, watch The DC Traveler for info on the DC Auto Show in a couple weeks.
