		<description>Is alcohol really prohibited on the river?  In previous years, we were told that alcohol was prohibited in the park, but once on the river they couldn&#039;t prevent you from popping open a beer.  Of course, if you were fall-down-drunk when you exited the river, they could detain you.  Did something change, or is this just the company trying to prevent people from bringing beer?</description>
