$76 Million Pants…Only in DC

No this isn’t about the latest Versace jewel-encrusted jeans for some rich Hollywood celeb, but just a pair of pants. But obviously, a VERY special pair of pants to the owner.

Local DC TV news station ABC 7 reported a couple days ago on a lawsuit against a dry cleaners for losing a pair of pants….the suit is for $67 million. FOR A PAIR OF PANTS…!!!

The plaintiff is a District administrative law judge. One can only assume that he really likes these pants or perhaps really hates shopping for clothes.

Only in DC would you see a lawsuit so frivolous…well perhaps not only in DC…..
