Watch as a top sushi chef creates about a half dozen different types of authentic Japanese sushi and learn about the origins of sake and how best to enjoy it. Then enjoy the results along with an array of appetizers. Ask questions about fish selection, rice preparation and making a wasabi dipping sauce your friends will love.
