All of the DC&#039;s monuments and museums are open on weekends.  Some, like the White House require advanced tickets.

Ford&#039;s Theater and the National Gallery of Americna History are closed for renovations.  Others, such as the Supreme Court is closed on weekends and the Library of Congress is closed on Sundays. 

The Pentagon no longer offers tours, but you can drive into the parking lot for a close up look at the outside of the building (but no photo are allowed). 

It&#039;s best to check the website of each for operating hours.</description>
